Dressing Room 1
Make-up mirrors and counter space for up to sixteen
individuals to fit comfortably. Tile floor. No windows.
Stage monitor speaker. Three wardrobe racks available.
Two enclosed private, unisex toilets and sinks in the
room. Hall crossover on this level to Stage Right & Left.
Usually used by female cast members or may act as
the "Star Dressing Room."



Dressing Room 2
Make-up mirrors & counter space for up to 9 individuals
to fit comfortably. Additional tables and chairs may be added. Windows. Tile floor. Stage monitor speaker. Two wardrobe racks available. Usually used as the male dressing room. Washer and dryer (coin operated) w/
"folding counter." One end of the room has full width,
floor to ceiling mirror (acts as a dance rehearsal room). Two private unisex toilets and sinks across the hall. Hall crossover on this level to Stage Right and Left.


Green Room Carpeted. Windows. Accommodates up
to 40 people, standing. Coke and snacks vending
machines. Stage monitor speaker. Tables and chairs
are available. May act as another Dressing Room only
(no make-up mirrors or lights). May act as a warm-up room or rehearsal area. A Yamaha Clavinova (model # CVP-50) is available. Hall crossover on this level to
Stage Right and Left.

STAGE SPECIFICS
Stage Surface: Tempered Masonite over pine deck, painted neutral (medium) gray.

Dance Floor: Black Rosco Floor available for dance only.

Lagging: Lagging and drilling is allowed. Company must drill and/or dowel after use.

Taping: Standard gaffer’s, glow and spike tape are allowed. No high-tack adhesive or duct tape allowed on any Opera House surface. The company must remove all tape after show.

Stage Traps: None.

Lighting: 48 stage dimmers with state of the art control.

Sound: Various microphones, speakers, tape decks, CD deck, amplifiers, equalizers,
and state of the art control console.

Freight Elevator: 7' 4" wide x 15' long x 12' 6" high
(door opening 10' 3" wide x 12' 4" high)

Double doors: 10' wide x 12' 6" high
(Access on Stage Left)

UNION: The Woodstock Opera House is a non-union facility. The Production Manager
determines crew minimums. Contact the Managing Director for the current labor rates
charged back to the producer. Please contact the Production Manager at least three weeks
prior to your initial performance or rehearsal, to discuss all call times and crew size /
assignments for load-in /show / load-out.
